In a bar, you will find an interesting and diverse community of people who will seek out fine bartending, not only for the relaxation and camaraderie, but also for a familiar and comfortable environment where they are recognized and accepted. And many often have lines of customers outside waiting to get in.
The place where people interact is a very important part of every day life, so it's natural to see those places portrayed in movies. Bartending schools provide more than just preparation, they directly effect how much you earn from your very first day on the job. Training your bartenders should include proper portioning of drinks, which can be tested using a measuring device and practice pouring.
A White Russian, for example, must be stirred completely because of the heavy cream and thick Kahlua. Flair bartending involves very impressive and difficult techniques and tricks. The employer needs a reason to hire you, you must give them that reason by showing how you will be an asset to their organization.
